What is Little Letter Mail?
Little Letter Mail is a monthly subscription that brings a cozy, creative surprise to your mailbox. Each delivery includes a short story, stickers, mini art, and an activity or goodie, with the occasional extra surprise tucked inside. It’s a fun, screen free way to relax, imagine, and enjoy something made just for you.
How does it work?
Each month, we mail out a cozy bundle that includes:
- Short story
- Stickers
- Mini art
- Themed activity or goodie
*plus an occasional extra surprise goodie
You can choose a monthly delivery or a one-time mail option, and everything ships during the first week of the month.
What are activities and goodies?
Activities can include word searches, coloring pages, find the hidden objects, and more.
Goodies are small surprises tucked inside, like bookmarks, mini quotes, and stationery—sometimes even extra stickers or activities!
Do you offer monthly subscriptions and one-time purchases?
Yes! You can choose between a monthly subscription or a one-time delivery. Place your order by the 20th to be included in the next month’s shipment, which goes out during the first week.
Can I give Little Letter Mail as a gift?
Of course! Our monthly mailings make thoughtful, meaningful gifts. You can purchase a one-time mail delivery or a monthly recurring delivery. Just enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Each Little Letter Mail delivery is made to order and ships at the start of each month. To be included in next month’s shipment, place new subscriptions or one-time orders by the 20th. Orders placed after the 20th will ship the following month. All mail ships free through standard USPS First-Class Mail.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the U.S., but we’re working on adding international shipping soon! Email us what country you’re in, and we’ll notify you when we begin shipping to your area.
Can I update, pause, or cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription through your account, including pausing, skipping, or canceling. Please make any changes before the 20th to avoid your next month’s order being processed.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If your mail hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time frame, please reach out. We’re happy to help look into it and make sure you’re taken care of!
What is your return/refund policy?
Due to the nature of our items, we’re unable to accept returns. All sales are final once fulfillment begins, and orders can only be canceled before that process starts. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away. Refunds are reviewed case-by-case for damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items.
